CERTIFIED GUIDE

Your team gives a lot.
This gives something back.

For people working in purpose-driven organizations, the work is rarely just a job. That’s what makes it meaningful, but also hard work.

Forest bathing gives your team a chance to decompress, reconnect, and come back with more. More focus, more ease with each other, more capacity for the work that matters.

WHAT IS FOREST BATHING?

Not a hike. A different kind of meeting.

Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of slow, sensory immersion in nature. It’s a guided experience with open-ended invitations that help people arrive in their body, slow their nervous system, and connect with the environment, themselves and with each other.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A SESSION

What to expect during a
Forest Bathing session.

Every session has a natural structure that helps people experience the full depth of the practice. Length and activities can always be adapted to your team’s needs.

Length min 1.5 - max 3.5 hrs
For small and big teams

1) ARRIVING & SLOWING DOWN

We begin at the edge of the forest with a short grounding practice, connecting with our breath, body, and senses. A transition out of work-mode.

2) NATURE INVITATIONS

Throughout the walk I offer open-ended invitations, some to explore alone, some to share with the group. Gentle prompts that invite curiosity, not performance.

3) SHARING CIRCLES

At different points, we pause and there is space to share for who wants to. What you noticed, what moved you.

4) CLOSING

We close the session with tea and a short reflection moment. A calm ending before heading back.

I’m Eline. Certified forest bathing guide, based in Brussels.

I believe that a disconnection from nature is something many of us feel, even without always naming it. Even for people who work every day to protect it, that connection can quietly fade under the weight of meetings, screens, and urgency.

And that reconnecting, really reconnecting, brings something that’s hard to find elsewhere. Calm, clarity, a renewed sense of energy, and a reminder of why the work matters.

Is this for you?

THIS IS FOR ORGANISATIONS THAT…

• Want a team moment that’s genuine, not performative
• You’re planning a retreat and looking for a meaningful activity
• You care about your team’s wellbeing, not just as a policy, but as a practice
• You’re curious about what nature can do for your team.

THIS MIGHT NOT BE A FIT IF…

• You’re looking for a high-energy, motivational team event
• You need a structured workshop with measurable learning outcomes

Not sure? We can talk it through before anything is decided.
